~ Simply Spaghetti ~

After a long day, it’s easy to get some spaghetti together…. cook some noodles, open a jar of tomatoe sauce, Ragu or whatever you may have…. steam up some broccoli and carrots (for my son), cook peas, and then sauté up some onions, garlic, basil and pepper, and zucchini (with water, not oil)….. just add whatever you like…. celery, mushrooms……. I also cut up some tomatoes and parsley and throw that on top as well….. then add a slice of baguette….. et voilà…… not complicated….. but very delicious, and very relaxing finally sitting down to a delicious dinner by the fireplace…..



… mmmm ….. yummy!  So good! Now relax….! and enjoy…..!
